Omec F10/450 Milling Machine

The automatic milling machine OMEC F10 has been designed for the realization of parallel gains on drawers, various parts of furniture, boxes for wine and liquor, boxes for cigars, and hives for bee-keeping. The machine is equipped with a kit of mill cutters that enable the realization of different types of gains. The pieces are worked in pack in automatic manner. If fitted with the right tools, the milling machine can also be used for the machining of finger joints. The clamping and the loosening of the pieces is carried out in manual manner by means of a pneumatic cylinder. Pieces are fed by a hidraulic cylinder which is operated by a devoted control station. The commands are located on a control panel on the machine.
